Speed-up internet step by step tutorial

 
                                                   STEP-1
-click start menu
1-rightclick my computer
2-click properties
3-click device manager
4-click ports--(communications port) open it. screenshot provided
5-after opening it go to the port settings and set this
:click bits per second set to 128000
:flow control-- select HARDWARE
                                                                        STEP-2
-click startmenu then type gpedit.msc


-click administrative templates --> network --> QOSpacket scheduler -> doubleclick LIMIT RESERVABLE BANDWIDTH (screenshot provided) click enable then set to ZERO [0]
and again click start type gpedit.msc (screenshot provided)
-click background intelligent transfer
-limit the maximum number of bits that computer uses
-enable and set to zero
-ok
                                                                      STEP-3
click start then type regedit
-click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-->SYSTEM-->CurrentControlSet-->Services-->Tcpip-->Parameters



right click anywhere in the left side of the window then select NEW DWORD, then input the dword name, after the new registry entry is made, double click it and input the dword value....
makesure its in hexa decimal.
